You can request deletion without installing or signing into the app.
Outside the app
- Email support@omily.ai with the subject “Delete my Omily Speak Android account”.
- Send from the Google email used for Omily if possible, and tell us that you want the Omily account and its associated data deleted. For an operator-provisioned review/test account, identify its app username.
- We may verify ownership before acting. Never send a Google password, review password, payment-card number or verification code. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines.
Inside the app
Open Profile → Delete account and complete the confirmation. A review/test account requires its current app password for deletion. Account deletion is permanent.
What is deleted
Attributable account/profile records, learning history, session/transcript/feedback records, AI-content reports, registered notification details and active app sessions are removed. Limited financial/security records and deletion markers may be retained where required for legal obligations, dispute handling and fraud/replay protection. Backups and service-provider records follow applicable retention cycles. See the Android privacy policy.
This does not delete your Google account or cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel renewal separately through Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
