For Omily Speak account, subscription, technical or privacy help, email support@omily.ai. Include the app version, Android version and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
For a problem with AI-generated content, use the app's AI-content report action. This submits a report inside the app and does not depend on live customer-support chat. Support and safety reports are not an emergency service.
Account deletion
You do not need the app installed to request deletion. Follow the Android account-deletion instructions.
Subscriptions
To cancel renewal, open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Omily Speak. Signing out, deleting an Omily account or uninstalling does not cancel Play billing.
